Floor Plans of Shadow Lake Village Condos

This is a list of the different models of dwelling units that have been built in Shadow Lake Village. There are more than thirty different models available. These images are the best we could find. If anyone has access to better quality images, please contact the web site editor.

Some models are more common than others, and some are concentrated in certain areas of the Village. Detached garages are included with some models but are not specifically identified on the floor plans. The floor plan and square footage may differ for any specific unit. Also note that fireplaces were optional in some models and may not be present in all units. (There are a total of 205 fireplaces in the entire complex.) In other words, the following information is not perfect. Please treat it as a starting point in your exploration of the variations that will be encountered.

As is often the case in real estate and construction, homes are often built that are reversed (mirror images) of the plans. Your Web Editor lives in a mirror image (some would say in more ways than one!) home from the one shown here. So a dwelling you see in real life may be reversed but otherwise equivalent to those shown below. That tends to not be a big issue once you get your mind around it. The Navesink is the only model for which we have a secondary reversed plan view at this time. Contributions welcomed.

The quantity of each model is indicated by a number in parenthesis after the model name. If an asterisk is shown, the model is a variation and the quantity is included in the count of the base model. For example, the Delmont(38) and the Delmont-1(*) are combined. This is the best data available.

Two larger views are available of most models. One is the full-sized scanned graphic image. The other is a version of the graphic in "PDF" format, sized for 8-1/2 x 11 inch paper printed copies. Click on the appropriate icon to see either larger view:
