VIII.         Motions:

a.       Motion to allow the Shadow Lake Village Golf Committee to install a brick pathway at the point of access from the parking lot onto the golf course between the 9th green and the tennis court with the understanding that any future maintenance is the responsibility of the Golf Committee.

b.      Motion to allow the Socializers to use the swimming pool and gated area around the pool on August 8, 2007 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm for a pool party.
