Roger Nicholson called the meeting to order at
Election Chairperson Walter Erosh gave a report on the 2007 Trustee and By-Law election.
490 ballots were received, meaning
51.4% of eligible voters cast a ballot
477 ballots were needed to count the By-Laws ballots
327 affirmative votes are needed for each By-Law to pass.
Anna Yurko received 426 votes
John Herbert received 380 votes
Cathleen Sullivan received 380 votes
Roger Nicholson received 351 votes

Peter Sgaramella made a motion to accept the Election Report, seconded by Warren Van Nosdall. All Board members present voted in favor.
At this time Roger Nicholson acknowledged Warren Van Nosdall for his countless hours of work on the finances and for a job well done.

Roger Nicholson nominated Margaret Mary Bambury, seconded by Anna Yurko. A roll call vote was taken with 8 affirmative votes and an abstention by Margaret Mary Bambury
Vice President
Kevin Byrne nominated Roger Nicholson, seconded by Dave Anderson. Roger declined the Vice Presidency.
Dave Anderson nominated Anna Yurko, seconded by Peter Sgaramella. Anna declined the Vice Presidency.
Dave Anderson nominated Kevin Byrne, seconded by Margaret Mary Bambury. Kevin declined the Vice Presidency.

Secretary
Angela Vullo nominated Cathleen Sullivan, seconded by Peter Sgaramella. A roll call vote was taken with 8 affirmative votes and an abstention by Cathleen Sullivan.
Treasurer
Margaret Mary Bambury nominated John Herbert, seconded by Angela Vullo. A roll call vote was taken with 8 affirmatives and an abstention by John Herbert.
There were 4 spots open in the 2007 Trustee Election with 3 (three) – 3 year terms and 1 (one) – one year term available. Terms are picked in order of highest to lowest votes.
Anna Yurko chose the 1 year term.
John Herbert, Roger Nicholson and Cathleen Sullivan all have 3 year terms.
